Description
Fuser oil has run out message displayed and the Fuser Oil Refill button is grayed out. The fuser oil was refilled.
Solution
When the message FUSER OIL HAS RUN OUT is displayed the machine will stop coping. A warning message that the fuser oil was low was displayed for
200 copies before the machine is stopped. The ability to reset the fuser oil message can done by the user or the service technician. Touch the Utility Button, if
the Fuser Oil Refill button is grayed out the machine is set for service to reset.
To change from service set to user set perform the following:
1. Press the [Utility] key then press Meter Count.
2. Press [Stop], [0], [0], [Stop], [0], [1] to enter service mode.
3. Press Settings.
4. Press Fuser Oil Change.
5. Press User Set to change to user mode.
6. Pres Ex. repeatedly to exit service mode.
The user can now manage fuser oil replenishment.

CAUSE: CCD connectors are not secured to the I/R control board when the editor control board or the embedded print controller are installed.
SOLUTION: Reseat the connectors for the CCD. The Trouble Reset Switch must be pressed to reset the malfunction code. This switch is located on the
underside of the operation panel. An access cover is available inside the front door.
