CAUSE: The segment gear (paper lift gear) on the paper tray is broken and the tray can not lift the paper.
SOLUTION: Replace the segment gear (p/n 25TU43080).

CAUSE: A failed relay 1. Relay 1 failure can be caused by fuser oil contamination. Moving the machine without draining the fuser oil can cause the oil to
spill down the back of the machine resulting in paper tray sensor failure and relay 1 failure.
SOLUTION: Replace relay 1 (p/n 11UM88090).
