CAUSE: Error message is undefined in the service manual.
SOLUTION: To reset the C3C60 error message, perform the following:
1. Remove the cover over the Tech. Rep Setting Switches Board.
2. Press switch S24 to reset the message.
3. Replace the plastic cover over the Tech. Rep. Setting Switches Board.

To access the adjustment mode, perform the following:
1. With the machine on in the normal standby mode, press the Utility key.
2. Press "Meter Count".
3. Press the following keys in sequence: STOP, 0, 0, STOP, 0, and 1.
4. Press "Machine Adjust".
5. Select the desired adjustment from the display.

How to adjust the color balance.
Solution
To adjust the color balance, perform the following:
1. Select Color Adjust on the touchscreen.
2. Select Professional.
3. Select Color Balance.
4. Change the desired colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) as needed using the up and down arrows.
5. Select OK.
6. Press the Panel Reset button.
7. Make a test print. Repeat steps 1 to 6 as needed.

CAUSE: The small top (page D-132, Fig.2, small image insert) connector on the developing unit is disconnected.
SOLUTION: The small top connectors of the developing units need to be connected in order for the augers to turn.
