Solution
To enable two counts on the total counter for 11x17 paper, perform the following:
1. Enter the Service mode by pressing Utility and then Meter Count
2. Press Stop, 0 twice, Stop , 0 and 1.
2. Enter the Security Mode by pressing Stop and then 9.
3. Press Count Up Select.
4. Select Large Paper / 2 Count.
5. Press Ex three times to return to main screen.

Solution
CAUSE: Paper did not exit into the sorter bin correctly. As sorter went to next bin, the unit bound causing the spiral cams to go out of position.
SOLUTION: Align the the bins within the spiral cams so that equal movement occurs. The flat side of the rear spiral cam shaft should be 180ø out from the
front spiral cam as a starting point.

THE FUSER OIL HAS RUN OUT. PLEASE CALL YOUR TECHNICAL REP. message.
Solution
CAUSE: The fuser oil need to be replenished. When this message is displayed the machine will stop copying. A warning message, FUSER OIL NEEDS
REPLENISHMENT, was displayed for 200 copies before this message is displayed and copying is prevented.
SOLUTION: The ability to reset the fuser oil message can be done by the user or the service technician. On the User Mode screen if the Fuser Oil Refill
button is grayed out, the machine is set so that only the service technician can reset the message. After the oil is supplied, if the machine is set for only the
technician to replenish the fuser oil, perform the following :
1. Press the Utility key.
2. Press [Fuser Oil Refill].
3. Press [Yes].
4. Press [OK].
To change from service set to user set perform the following:
1. Press the Utility key then press [Meter Count].
2. Press Stop-0-0-Stop-0-1 to enter service mode.
3. Press [Settings].
