Solution
CAUSE: A dirty of failed drum surface potential sensor (UN22).
SOLUTION: The toner used as a drum lubricant at set up or when the drum is replaced may collect on the drum surface potential sensor. This sensor is
located on the frame to the right of the drum. If cleaning this sensor does not resolve the problem, replace the PWB detecting assembly (p/n 25TU-9060).
The drum surface potential sensor (UN22) is part of the PWB detecting assembly.

CAUSE: The hold queue is not published in the setup menu.
SOLUTION: Publish the hold queue from the control panel by performing the following:
1. Press Menu and scroll with the up arrow until you reach Reboot Server, then press Set.
2. At the setup message press any key.
3. With the run setup message press Set to access all setup menus.
4. Scroll with the down arrow until you reach Printer Setup and press Set.
5. Scroll with the down arrow to Publish Hold Q and press Set.
6. At the Publish Hold Q message scroll with the down arrow to Yes and press Set.
7. Continue to press the Set button until you exit the Printer setup.
8. Press Set when yes is displayed to save changes.
9. Press Set to exit set up.
