How to perform the ATDC Toner Supply.

Solution

To perform the ATDC Toner Supply, perform the following:

1. Enter the Service Mode by pressing the Utility button and then [Meter Count].

2. Press Stop, 0, 0, Stop, 0, 1.

3. From the Service Mode Menu, select [Image Adjust].

4. Select [ATDC Toner Supply].

5. Select [Yellow], [Magenta], [Cyan], or [Black]. Only one unit can be adjusted at a time.

6. Press the Start button. The LED on the button will change from amber to green while the adjustment is operating. It changes back to green when the

adjustment is complete.

Note: When the ATDC Toner Supply is performed, the machine will add toner to the developer until it senses that the level set by the ATDC Level Setting has

been satisfied. Adjustment usually takes place in less than one minute. Longer adjustment times may indicate a problem with the toner addition system.
