CAUSE: A failed Relay 1. Relay 1 failure can be caused by fuser oil contamination. Moving the machine without draining the fuser oil can cause the oil to
spill down the back of the machine resulting in paper tray sensor failure and Relay 1 failure.
SOLUTION: Replace Relay 1 (p/n 11UM88090).

CAUSE: The charge corona cleaner return position sensor (PC17) was not actuated within 10 seconds after power up.
SOLUTION: Remove the charge corona and check the cleaner mechanism for a bind. Ensure that when the unit is installed, the flag on the corona that
actuates PC17 is not all the way at the end near the front corona block. Install the unit with the cleaner slightly away from PC17 so that it will move toward it
at power up.

CAUSE: Contaminated glass on print head assemblies.
SOLUTION: Clean all four print head windows; (2) on the upper print head assembly and (2) on the lower print head assembly. To access, remove the right
side cover of the machine, remove the black plastic optical cover. At this point, the (2) glasses on the upper print head window can be cleaned. To clean the
glasses on the lower print head unit, it must be removed by removing the (4) screws and carefully removing the unit.
