About your documents

This document identifies information in the documentation set that does not apply to your

product, the Fiery

IC-306/Fiery

IC-3600 (“Fiery Color Server”), and that you can

disregard. It also includes new and updated information specific to your product.

The documentation set that accompanies your product was originally intended for two earlier

Fiery print controllers that are very similar to your product. The earlier Fiery print controllers

are the Fiery

CS IC-308 (“Fiery CS”) and the Fiery

ES IC-415 (“Fiery ES”). Most of the

information in the documentation set applies to your product. You can completely disregard

information specific to the Fiery ES. The documentation set includes of the following

documents: Color Printing, Configuration and Setup, Fiery Color Reference, Fiery Graphic Arts

Package, Printing, Utilities, Variable Data Printing, Workflow Examples.

If you become confused about whether information in the documentation set applies to your

product, see the following table and “Terminology and conventions” on page 6:
