Solution
CAUSE: Incorrect toner installed in the machine.
SOLUTION: The sub-hopper must be completely cleaned of all developer, otherwise the new imaging unit will become contaminated. Once the sub-hopper is
cleaned, replace the imaging unit and toner bottle with a fresh one. Be sure to dispose of the existing toner bottle.

SOLUTION: A new imaging unit must be used to replace the existing one. A used imaging unit already has the reset fuse opened and cannot signal itself as
new.
