1-22 Installing User Software on a Windows Computer

TO SET UP IPX (NOVELL) PRINTING FOR WINDOWS NT 4.0

1. Double-click Network Neighborhood.

2. Double-click NetWare or Compatible Network.

A list of NetWare servers is displayed.

3. Double-click the NetWare Tree or File Server on which the network administrator

deﬁned a print connection for the Fiery EX2101.

To see the print connections, you may have to log in to the ﬁle server.

4. Double-click the print connection deﬁned for the Fiery EX2101.

5. If the NetWare server does not have a suitable driver for the Fiery EX2101, you may be

prompted to set up the printer on your computer. Click Yes.

6. Click OK to install the Fiery EX2101 PostScript printer driver.

7. Follow the procedure starting with step 6 on page 1-14.

When installation is complete, a new printer window appears, with the name of the

print queue on the NetWare server.
